Please read the following before booking
COPYRIGHT: All images and content on this website are the property of the photographer and are protected by copyright laws. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any of the images without the photographer's permission.
BOOKING: Clients must book a photography session with the photographer at least 2 weeks in advance. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to confirm the booking.
PAYMENT: The remaining 50% of the total fee is due on the day of the photography session. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card.
CANCELLATION: Clients may cancel a photography session up to 72 hours before the scheduled date and receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
RESCHEDULING: Clients may reschedule a photography session up to 72 hours before the scheduled date without penalty. Rescheduling within 72 hours of the scheduled date may result in an additional fee.
DELIVERY: The photographer will deliver the final images to the client within 2 weeks of the photography session. The photographer reserves the right to extend the delivery time in case of unforeseen circumstances.
USAGE: Clients may use the images for personal use only. Commercial use of the images requires the photographer's permission and may incur additional fees.
MODEL RELEASE: Clients agree to sign a model release giving the photographer permission to use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website and social media.
LIABILITY: The photographer is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss to the client or their property during the photography session.
AGREEMENT: By booking a photography session with the photographer, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
